On Boulevard Macdonald in northeast Paris, a major urban redevelopment project involved the extensive conversion and redesign of a former warehouse, originally designed by architect Marcel Forest. A comprehensive transformation has breathed new life into the complex.

The distinctive appearance of folding sliding shutters is a beautiful eye-catcher on the façade. In addition, they can be opened and closed without requiring much space or a large opening radius. Models with Eternit panel filling and corrugated sheet metal filling were installed, including the PROVENCE ready-to-install element, which consists entirely of an installation frame with guide rails and the shutter elements. Sliding shutters with textile covers, such as the CADROTEX model, were also used. The fabric and powder-coated aluminum frame are extremely weather-resistant and easy to maintain. EHRET thus offers another creative option for facade design while also ensuring efficient heat regulation.
