Located in the border triangle between Germany, France, and Switzerland, Lörrach offers an appealing cultural, culinary, and commercial scene, as well as excellent transport connections. The city is also known for its mild climate, which can even be hot in summer. Adequate sun protection is therefore essential!
A residential complex has been built on Degerfelder Weg with the aim of combining attractive living space with affordability. The Gundelfingen-based housing association Stuckert achieved this with the help of appealing architecture, intelligent floor plans, and economical, usage-oriented planning. This also included the use of EHRET sliding shutter panels.

A total of 42 sliding shutter panels were installed to shade the balconies, as well as 28 permanently installed panels to shade the stairwells. The SL12 frame model made of extruded aluminum hollow chamber profiles in anthracite gray with a fine matt texture was used. CELLON® solid core panels from Bruag Design Factory were used for the fillings. The result is an ensemble that is both efficient and aesthetic, effectively protecting the residents of the residential complex from the sun and heat in Lörrach.
