After around three years of construction, Salmenpark was built on the former Salmenbräu site in Rheinfelden, Switzerland. The modern neighborhood, in an idyllic yet central location, is home to 150 apartments and a retirement and nursing home. Commercial space for offices and retail outlets was also created.

The gray and green tones of the facades and the darker gray tone of the sliding shutters create a homogeneous color scheme that creates a cozy, warm atmosphere throughout the complex in every season. The sliding shutters with movable slats from the SUN-MAX48-V model continue the simple lines of the architecture and at the same time ensure individually adjustable light incidence in all rooms: The slats can be locked evenly and easily in different positions, and the flush closure minimizes brightness.
