In the newly developed Wiley-Nord district of Neu-Ulm, just a few minutes’ walk from the university, the residential complex offers affordable, comfortable living space for students. When designing the five-story building, special attention was paid to their specific needs—communication and concentration.
This also includes generous window fronts that allow plenty of daylight to enter the interior. Sliding shutters from EHRET provide adequate privacy and glare protection and can be adjusted to suit individual requirements. The different shades of green create a varied look for the façade.

The PL-LO model was installed. The aluminum sliding shutters feature a durable powder coating and are available in various designs and colors. Standardized color systems (RAL, NCS, VSR) ensure that the shutters can be perfectly color-coordinated with other elements of the facade. The choice of light green tones conjures up different color effects on the façade depending on the arrangement. And depending on how far the shutters are open or closed, the overall character of the building complex changes.
