an impressive monolithic brick construction,
designed by Max Dudler.

Two residential buildings, a daycare center, and an existing building were completed on the former Turley Barracks site in Mannheim. Narrow streets and a central town square give the newly created area the character of a self-sufficient town.
The multi-award-winning Max Dudler impresses with a minimalist architectural language inspired by the existing buildings. The focus on a few simple materials and the absence of insulation materials represent a construction method that is both forward-looking and traditional.
