Crèche de Betzigau : des formes architecturales épurées avec une protection solaire colorée et lumineuse

Grâce au travail de précision réalisé par JAKOB architekt • beratender ingenieur PartGmbB, l’extension de la crèche, achevée fin 2021, peut aujourd’hui être admirée sous la forme d’un bâtiment fascinant à trois étages décalés. La pente, la petite superficie du terrain et la connexion directe à l’ancien bâtiment ont constitué un défi particulier. Les lignes épurées et la conception décalée des étages ont permis de créer de vastes terrasses sur le toit au premier et au deuxième étage, qui peuvent être utilisées de manière optimale par les enfants comme aire de jeux en plein air. À côté de la maternelle, l’escalier à une volée mène directement au parc intergénérationnel situé plus haut. La façade au design attrayant s’intègre parfaitement dans le cadre rural de l’Allgäu. Le concept global séduit par ses lignes architecturales claires et par un choix judicieux des matériaux, des espaces et des couleurs. La nouvelle construction séduit avant tout par ses pièces baignées de lumière et sa protection solaire colorée, qui offre un confort supplémentaire exclusif.

Écrans de protection solaire pour des performances thermiques optimales et un confort visuel maximal
A total of 41 EHRET CADROTEX sliding shutter panels were installed, featuring an extravagant combination of extruded aluminum frames (SN75) and exclusive sun protection screens. EHRET GmbH, which has been part of the Schenker Storen Group since 2011, was able to make optimum use of internal synergies in the procurement of fabric products, as Schenker Storen has been producing these in its own factory in Thanvillé, France, since 1988. The high-quality Soltis Perform 92 textile fabric acts as a heat shield with UV protection and blocks up to 97% of the incoming heat. The micro-ventilated screens not only ensure an optimal indoor climate, but also provide pleasant light transmission and a view to the outside without any glare. The aluminum frames in DB703 matt fine structure (dark gray) with the varied combination of screens in three different colors, 92-50336 (plum), 92-8204 (orange), and 92-2151 (velvet red), give the façade a particularly personal touch.

The thermal and visual performance of this color-accented sun protection system was complemented by technical features such as an electric drive and telescopic mechanism for synchronous opening and closing of the sliding shutters, as well as a barrier-free solution in which the lower guides were mounted on on-site steel brackets using a channel with a comb grate. The upper running rails were attached to the on-site wooden structure using factory-internal, pre-assembled aluminum adapter plates. Thanks to the sun protection elements from EHRET, the planned material, space, and color concept was brilliantly implemented in both a creative and functional form.
