EHRET has been offering the possibilities of finish coatings for more than 20 years. A special process makes it possible for EHRET to apply different finishes to aluminium which can hardly be distinguished from their original structures. Now EHRET is the first German company to pass the strict QUALIDECO quality tests and is authorised to use the quality mark.

The QUALIDECO label specifies and monitors decorative surfaces on coated aluminium. It monitors not only adherence to coating quality in general but also the transfer of the decorative foils onto powder-coated carrier materials.
For the QUALIDECO certification of the EHRET finish coatings, the required quality was checked in various mechanical and chemical testing procedures which EHRET successfully passed. EHRET ensures the high quality requirements with its combination of tested powder and tested foil in addition to its special process.
Highly weatherproof powder
with annealed finish structure
EHRET finish coatings convince through top workmanship. The aluminium parts to be finished are first coated with a highly weatherproof base powder (HWF) and annealed at 200°C. The powder colour of this coating yields the final colour of the completed finish. The base powder that is applied is subjected to a second annealing process during which the finish is combined with the desired structure.
The surfaces are extremely weather-resistant and that means: residual gloss, consistency of colour and no bleaching. Furthermore, the finish coating is exceptionally easy to care for and maintenance-free – no repainting required. EHRET thus offers optimum quality and products which are perfectly suitable for exterior application.
