Suspensions and guides

for sliding shutters

Ceiling and wall installation without cover

When installed in the ceiling, the rail is fastened to the ceiling and in wall installation, a basic angle is screwed to the wall. The right rail is chosen (ECO 60 or ECO 100) to match the size of the sash.

The cover trim hides the rails, carriage and drives completely. Depending on the number of sashes, the corresponding carrier profile (A75, A105, A148 or A195) is mounted directly on to the wall.

Punctiform guides (bottom)

The profile guide and glider are mounted right next to the edge of the reveal or window sill. This is held by a U-rail mounted to the shutter.

The continuous guide is mounted along the wall and provides increased stability. The T-profile guide rails can also be integrated into the floor.

GLIT sliding shutters

with invisible guides

With its innovative "sliding shutters without visible guides", EHRET GmbH has redefined the concept of what is possible when it comes to sun and weather protection made of aluminium, and delivered an unprecedented façade design option.

Effective result

With sliding shutters without visible guides, no guide elements such as rails or supports of the GLIT system are visible, regardless of whether the shutters are open or closed. This novel technology creates the impression that the shutters are floating in front of the façade, thereby providing a unique visual highlight. Sliding shutters without visible guides combine best-quality aesthetics and functionality.

Extremely simple operation

The GLIT system consists of a support frame which is positioned on the façade next to the window opening, aligned in the horizontal and vertical directions, and fastened. The support frame is entirely covered and concealed by the centre element. The sashes are controlled electronically by means of buttons or remote control and can be integrated into the home automation system.
